Includes:

  • Initial application submission to 2-3 major insurance panels (e.g., BCBS, Aetna, Cigna)

  • Basic verification of qualifications, education, licensure, and experience

  • Assistance with completion of the credentialing forms

  • 1 follow-up submission for corrections or updates

  • General status tracking and updates

Pricing:

$500 - $800 (one-time fee)

Turnaround Time: 4-6 weeks 

Comprehensive Credentialing Package—For group practices or larger organizations with a high volume of providers or complex credentialing needs.

Includes:

  • Credentialing for up to 10 insurance panels

  • Full verification of all required documents, licenses, insurance, etc., for each provider

  • Assistance with electronic and paper credentialing applications

  • Up to 5 follow-up submissions for corrections or issues

  • Assistance with resolving rejections or denials

  • Ongoing support for navigating the credentialing process

  • Status tracking and proactive updates via email or phone

Pricing:

$2,000 - $3,000 (one-time fee)

Turnaround Time: 8-10 weeks

Custom Credentialing Package— For practices with unique needs, multiple specialties, or complex credentialing requirements.

Includes:

  • Customized credentialing services based on the provider’s needs

  • Credentialing with unlimited insurance panels

  • Verification of additional certifications, accreditations, and special qualifications

  • Ongoing follow-ups and updates for complex scenarios (e.g., multiple locations, telehealth, or Medicaid-specific requirements)

  • Priority processing and expedited credentialing for urgent needs

Custom pricing (based on scope of services and number of providers involved)

Turnaround Time: Flexible (usually between 4-12 weeks)

Standard Credentialing Package—For individual providers or small practices needing credentialing with multiple insurers or additional services.

Includes:

  • Credentialing with up to 5 insurance panels (major insurers like BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, etc.)

  • Verification of qualifications, licensure, malpractice insurance, and other required documents

  • Form completion assistance for each insurance carrier

  • 2 follow-up submissions for corrections or updates

  • Regular updates on status and progress

Pricing:

$1,000 - $1,500 (one-time fee)

Turnaround Time: 6-8 weeks

Premium Credentialing & Maintenance Package— For providers or practices that want continuous credentialing management and support.

Includes:

  • Credentialing for up to 10 insurance panels (initial setup)

  • Ongoing maintenance of credentials (ensuring renewals, continuing education, etc.)

  • Provider status monitoring (to ensure active/in-network status with all insurers)

  • Quarterly check-ins and updates to ensure all credentials are current

  • Access to a dedicated account manager for troubleshooting and updates

Pricing:

$3,000 - $5,000 (initial setup fee)

$200 - $400 per month for ongoing maintenance

Turnaround Time: 6-8 weeks for initial setup, ongoing support as needed

A la Carte Add-Ons:

  • Additional Insurance Panel Credentialing:

  • $150 - $250 per panel (for clients needing credentialing with more than the package limit)

  • Re-Credentialing Services:

  • $250 - $400 per provider (for re-credentialing or maintaining active status)

  • Telehealth Credentialing:

  • $200 - $350 per panel (specific to telehealth services and provider location regulations)

  • Insurance Denial Assistance:

  • $150 - $300 (for assistance in resolving issues related to denied applications or status changes)

Retainer Package:

  • Clients can pay a monthly retainer fee for continuous support.

$500 - $800 per month (for small practices); $1,000 - $2,000 per month (for large practices)

Payment Terms & Conditions:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the start of the credentialing process, with the remaining balance due upon successful completion.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, check, or ACH transfer.

  • Refunds are not available once the credentialing process has started; however, partial refunds may be issued in case of delays or incomplete services.

Additional Considerations:

Turnaround times can vary based on the insurance panel and the provider’s qualifications. Urgent requests may be subject to expedited processing fees.
